Do you accept health insurance?
No. We do not accept health insurance at this time. We can offer your a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement, if your insurance company allows for that.

Do you accept Flexible Spending or HSA?
We accept most FSA and HSA cards, if your carrier allows massage therapy as a qualified expense.

I’m a veteran and Pain Management referred me to you. Which appointment type do I schedule?
We use a different system for Community Care, so if you’ve been referred by the VA, we need to first wait for the VA liaison to send us the information from your provider at the VA. Once we have that information, a member of our team will reach out to you to schedule your appointment. If you book the appointment on your own before we have the authorization, we will either need to reschedule it or take payment on the day of the appointment. We accept cash and most major credit cards.

What is the parking situation?
Metered parking is in effect Monday through Saturday, and several Federal holidays. The meters accept quarters or the mPay2Park app. We do not validate parking. As of July 2024, metered parking is NOT in effect on these days: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.

“What is the Policy on Deposits?”
Some appointment types require a $25.00 Non-Refundable Deposit.

“What is the Policy for missing an Appointment?”

We Value our Clients’ time as well as our Therapists’ time. We do Understand that Life (and Weather) happens and try our best to accommodate, however:

  • One or more “No call, No show” appointments may result in a Non-Refundable Deposit for any or all future appointments in increments of $25.00 per 30 minute time-frame.

  • Failure to cancel or a '“No call, No show” the first appointment through the VA will adversely affect the current, as well as future authorizations, per the Policy from the VA.

“The VA is sending me for Massage Therapy and I can’t figure out which appointment to pick.”
We’re glad to hear that the VA provider is sending you to us for treatment! Due to the nature of Community Care, online booking is not currently available for these appointments.

I have a gift card from a few years ago and it’s not working.”
We updated our booking software in August 2024. If your gift card was purchased before then, we can look it up in the old system and issue a new card in its place, if there’s a balance left. We would be delighted to help you book your appointment either on the phone or via text message.
