We’re glad to hear that the VA provider is sending you to us for treatment! Due to the nature of Community Care, online booking is not currently available for these appointments.

Our scheduler will be reaching out to you to schedule your Community Care appointment.

”I have a gift card from a few years ago and it’s not working.”
We updated our booking software in August 2024. If your gift card was purchased before then, we can look it up in the old system and issue a new card in its place, if there’s a balance left. We would be delighted to help you book your appointment either on the phone or via text message.
